Shipping details
To make your shopping experience with us even more valuable, we offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount (see the customer's regional promotions for details). For orders below this amount, each order will be charged with reference to the shipping company's quote, and this policy is designed to provide you with quality service while also valuing your buying experience.
Processing time
We are committed to processing your orders efficiently and with care. The processing time for an order is usually 1 to 2 working days.
Transit time
Once your order is processed, it usually takes 4-12 business days for your order to be delivered (may vary by country/city and during peak logistics periods). Please note that actual transit times may vary slightly depending on factors such as location, weather conditions, and the efficiency of local postal services.
For lost/damaged/stolen products
Lost Item: A lost item is a case where a package is lost in transit or the contents of the package are lost at the time of delivery. To initiate a refund/redelivery, please email us to info@fantasic-5.com within 7 days from the date of delivery with proof of loss (e.g. photos of the lost item, packaging and/or container).
Damaged Items: For all items damaged on receipt, please email us to info@fantastic-5.com within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Stolen Items: Stolen items are packages that have mysteriously disappeared from a porch or outside, and are only stolen after dropping off a package from a residential area. Customers wishing to initiate a refund/redelivery should email us to info@fantastic-5.com within 7 days from the date of delivery with evidence of theft (e.g. photo and video evidence) and a theft report requested by the police in your jurisdiction.
Terms & Conditions: All returns and refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and the final decision rests with Fantastic-5, including determining whether the item is unworn and unwashed, with the aim of providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in future transactions or returns being declined. In some cases, we may request additional information, including personal information, for verification purposes.
