Return Policy

If it is not a defect in the quality of the product, no refund or exchange will be made.
Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify us within 2 days if there is any quality problem. We will decide whether to arrange an exchange or refund on a case-by-case basis. (The shipping fee is not included.)
If the exchange is confirmed, please send the goods back to the address provided by us within 3 days, and you are required to leave/provide a receipt for the return of the goods to prove that it has been sent back to us. (The shipping fee is not included.)
If there is a slight stain on the finished product, it is the original fabric, especially the white fabric, the customer can wash it by himself, unless it is too serious, otherwise it will not be returned.
If you have any questions about the color, fabric and size of the clothes, please ask them before placing an order to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings.
We apologize for the fact that the products listed on the website may not be updated in time due to unavailability. If the product is not replenished due to lack of stock, it will be notified separately and will be refunded in full. For product information and actual stock status, please contact the store.
The product may have color differences due to shooting lighting or different computer monitors and cannot be used as a reason for return.
Product photos, sizes, colors, etc. are for reference only, all are based on the actual product, and shall not be used as a reason for return.
If the whole person measures horizontally, there may be an error of 1-2.5cm in size due to the elasticity of the fabric and the different measurement methods.
The product body, accessories, gifts, packaging (bags, boxes) and all accompanying objects must be returned in full, and any missing or damaged items will not be refunded.
The product is deemed to have been used after being contaminated with water or smell (such as smoke, perfume, food, incense) and cannot be returned to the company, and the company has the right to recover the liability.
Please keep in touch with us to apply for a return, if you cannot contact or the product cannot be returned, the return application will be automatically canceled and you cannot apply again.
Discounted items will not be returned.
The gift does not provide return service for color selection and selection.
